and we will send you a shipping label. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unused and unworn. Please refer to our return policy for additional information.

All items come wrapped in a customShree box appropriate for the size of the piece.

with an image of the item, and we will advise on next steps.

Yes, we offer ring resizing at no additional charge. Please allow 2-3 weeks for ring resizing.

Yes, we ship internationally. Please note, you are responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which your purchase is being shipped.

We ship through USPS and FEDx only. A signature is required upon delivery.

All items are shipped fully insured.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
