  • How do I know when my order has been shipped?
    You will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • What if I want to see more images or videos of a piece I’m interested in?
    We would be happy to provide you with further visuals. Please contact us with this request at contactus@shopatshree.com
  • How can I receive help with finding what type of jewelry I’m looking for?
    To receive personalized assistance with finding a piece that's the perfect fit for you or your gift recipient, please visit our consultation page to learn more and schedule an appointment.
  • There’s a piece I really like, but it is marked 'sold'. What do I do?
    Contact us! We will see if we can make something similar for you.
  • How can I return an item?
    If you would like to return an item, please email contactus@shopatshree.com and we will send you a shipping label. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unused and unworn. Please refer to our return policy for additional information.
  • Is there an option to gift wrap my purchase?
    All items come wrapped in a customShree box appropriate for the size of the piece.
  • What is your repair policy?
    Please contact us if you are looking to have an item repaired. We will repair or replace whenever possible. Email us at contactus@shopatshree.com with an image of the item, and we will advise on next steps.
  • Can I get my ring resized?
    Yes, we offer ring resizing at no additional charge. Please allow 2-3 weeks for ring resizing.
  • Will you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship internationally. Please note, you are responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which your purchase is being shipped.
  • What are my shipping options?
    We ship through USPS and FEDx only. A signature is required upon delivery.
  • Will my package be fully insured?
    All items are shipped fully insured.
  • Will you ship to a P.O. box?
    We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept the following payment methods: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover
  • Do you make custom jewelry pieces?
    Please email contactus@shopatshree.com and share with us your vision for what you are looking for and we would be happy to discuss the possibility of creating a custom piece for you.
