Processing Time:

 

  • As each piece is handmade, please allow 14 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Custom or personalized orders may take additional time.

  • Shipping Methods & Delivery:

  • We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
     

International Shipping:

 

  • We ship worldwide! However, customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Please check with your local customs office for any additional charges before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

 

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If you experience any issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
 

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Custom, personalized, or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
     

Return Process:

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  • Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

  •  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item passes inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
     

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or repair.
